So finaly Tom got to Austria to say “Hello” to his old friends.
He arrived with Marion on friday and after a short, cheap dinner we went to the MAK. There we enjoyed “Nouvelle Vague“, quite a nice band, who covers famous songs. Afterwards we rocked the floor. Definitely. It was more exhausting than many hours of going to the gym. Next stop was at the B-72, where they also played good music, but we seemed to raise the average age quite strongly. The most difficult part was finding to Sabines flat, when she went ahead. But we did manage the distance of two sub-stations in one and a half hour, even though Stefan and Marion were hick-upping, which definitly counts as a handicap. Luckily, at this time of the year, the sun doesn’t raise at 5 am.
Next day, after breakfast we had a short walk through the innercity and went on top of the Steffel. In the evening we played cards as well as on Sunday where we spent the whole day in Cafe, remembering the good ol’ days of Sweden…
All in all, the gathering was really as nice as exhausting.
Here are some pictures.
